Coalridge Montana - October 20-22, 2017
Well, I went to Coalridge Montana with the MYF for the youth group weekend out there. All together, there were like 13 of us, packed into a van. It was a super fun time, and I would totally do it again in a heartbeat if I had the chance. I even enjoyed the 8 hour ride from Minnesota. The speaker was really good, and had some really good things to say that will be on my mind for awhile. The first session was kinda confusing and I think it was an introduction, then the second about disappointment, with God, Ourselves, and other people. The final one was about our relationship with God, and how the way we live our lives needs to reflect what we believe. I think. I was running on like 5 hours of sleep the whole weekend. But the best part of the trip was probably the late night hayride, that lasted a really long time. The people from the Coalridge church, or the locals, did a really nice job of making us feel welcome and it was an awesome time. I'm definitely looking forward to the next time I get to go out there.
